1. Introduction to Advance Quests
Advance Quests (or AQ) is accessible once your class has reached level 45.
Cofy will issue you a quest to get your first set of Capsules
Why should I complete or join an AQ?
because AQs offer good EXP when completed fast and efficiently
you can get around 70k XP in 20~30mins at level 52
Can I do this all day?
10pcs of Capsules are required for entry everytime you'll do an AQ.
and it needs different types for different maps
You need Capsule A for Greenscape AQ and drops Capsule B
You need Capsule B for Cauldron AQ and drops Capsule C
You need Capsule C for Lost Sea AQ and drops Capsule A
to answer the question: yes, as long as you have capsules for AQ entry
What if I don't have enough capsules for entry?
You can buy capsules from the Shop terminal near or your party leader can provide capsules for you and the rest of the party.
I checked the terminal and it showed Risk, What is that?
Advance Quests is a type of quest with monster spawns with their level depending on the accumulated Risk of the party leader
You get Risk +1 everytime you complete the quest, but do note that your Risk is only valid for a week the moment you clear the quest.
Risk:Level Table
2. How to finish it
To efficiently clear the AQ the party should stay together and clear monster spawns per map cell
if a Subdual Emergency code appears, everyone should focus on the spawned mobs (yellow targets in the radar) before defeating the Emergency Code based spawns.
by defeating yellow targets you get more chances in getting capsules for the next AQ entry
3. Combat tips
When playing as a Melee class
Try to use wide AoE Photon Arts using Wired Lances or Dual Sabers.
Since you're in the combat zone and unlike Gunners or Mage classes that has a longer evasion. You'll have to pick your targets or where you'll land your AoE attacks.
Try not to chase targets too far from the combat map cell, you might trigger a spawn for the next cell you've stepped into while there are still yellow targets in the current map cell the party is in.
When playing as a Ranged class
Tip is to use Photon Arts without any knock backs to make it easier for melee class party members
Try to avoid using Photon Arts such as Equilibrium, Crazed Smash, Round up Drive and Deadly Approach
those can knockback targets and you might place them near melee party members which may cause an eventual casualty.
Infinity Burst is fine just as long as you position the last 4 shots for an AoE
Gunners can take down Gawondas and Guwondas the fastest by doing a Stylish Roll > Perfect Hit Satellite Shot in their butt.
When playing as a Magic class
Using Zondial to help melee classes do their AoE attacks easier, try to cast Amplify often to get everyone's offense up.
Melees are likely to get hit so try to give them life support if you're able to.
As a Party Try to do a Photon Blast Chain to trigger PSE Bursts faster and/or easier.
doing a Chain increases the number of attacks your Photon Blast can do.
Assign one of the party members to initiate the PB once everyone's orb in the HP bar is glowing (that means their Photon Blast is ready)
4. Emergency Code
Collection (Egg, Fossil) -- can be ignored or until the full map area has been cleared out of mobs.
Excavation -- it is advised that the party ignores completing this codes to prevent yellow targets from despawning (despawning is when yellow targets disappear)
Gates or Barrier (Keys, -- should be ignored until the monster spawn near the area runs out before moving out and collecting the keys.
Subdual or Hostile Elimination -- defeatyellow targets first before the Emergency Code targets.
Gesture -- can be ignored, but same as Subdual code because it can spawn unique targets.
Defend (Dropship, Lagomite) -- Complete as much as possible, since it spawns many hostiles and can help triggering a PSE Burst
that's all for now~ will update this soon for revisions
